Return Policy
We get it—sometimes it’s just not the vibe. We’ve got your back.
• We provide free returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Returns/Exchanges are only accepted if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered.
• Please return items in the same condition you received them: unused and with all tags intact. Include the original product box to ensure the return process goes smoothly.
• No stains, odour, or wear & tear.
-What CANNOT be Returned or Exchanged?
• Items purchased during sale events, clearance, or marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable
-Return/Exchange Process
• Go to our Contact Us Portal or email us at info@specialhumans.in with Order number.
• Reason for return/exchange
• Clear photos if item is defective/damaged
• We’ll review and approve your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved:
• For eligible pin codes: A pickup will be scheduled via courier partner.
• For other pin codes: You may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
• Note: For self-ship, you must share the courier receipt. We reimburse a flat ₹100 towards shipping cost.
-Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are only allowed once per order.
• We will dispatch the new size/product within 3-5 working days after the returned product reaches us and clears QC (quality check).
• Exchange is subject to stock availability. If we don’t have the requested size in stock, we shall provide a full refund.
-Refund Process:
• Card Payments: Payment will be reversed to your card.
• Cash-on-Delivery: Amount will be transferred to your bank account after receiving the returned product.
-Damaged / Defective Items
If you received a wrong/damaged/defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the item
• Packaging photo
• Order ID
We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
- Late or Missing Refunds?
• Check your bank again.
• Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

-Cancellations
• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped—whichever is earlier.
• Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order. You may initiate a return after delivery.
-Important Notes
• Products failing our QC check (worn, washed, damaged) won’t be eligible for return/exchange.
• In case of disputes, our team’s final decision will apply.
• If repeated returns or COD rejections are found from an account, we may blacklist the user to prevent misuse.
• Limitations: No additional compensation or freebies will be provided. Liability is limited to the value of the order/product.
